    Please pay these excellent workers a bit more...so they don't have to work 2 jobs to make ends meet. :/ They're doing great.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the UPS Store in Kaysville. The manager yelled at me and my small child across a room full of people because we were standing near the Amazon return kiosk while another customer was making her returns. What he didn’t realize was that I had already stepped aside to troubleshoot an issue with my QR code, and I had told the other customer she could go ahead with her large set of returns. There is no signage indicating that two people cannot be at the kiosk at the same time, and I was not hovering or standing too close—I was simply on the opposite side of the kiosk trying to resolve my QR code issue. I was embarrassed and caught off guard because I had no idea I was doing anything wrong. When I called afterward to discuss the situation, the manager hung up on me before I was able to complete my first sentence and then refused to answer when I called back. During my time in the store, he was also openly complaining and recounting negative interactions he’s had, which made the environment even more uncomfortable. Even after he finished with his line of customers, he didn’t offer to help me with my return as I waited for the customer to finish at the kiosk. The one bright spot was his coworker, who was very kind and willing to assist, though she was understandably busy helping others. I understand that everyone has off days, but the way this was handled made the entire experience unnecessarily uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope this location addresses these concerns so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

    I had to get some posters printed last minute and the manager, Will, was so great to work with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! Definitely will come here again!

    I was unfamiliar with how to make my return and CJ just took over and made it happen! I am not as familiar with how to use my phone as these cute kids who are younger than me, and she just walked me through it. Easy peasy! I was in and out in 5 minutes, even though several people were coming and going. Great customer service, friendly, fast! Great job!

    I came to the store with more than 20 Amazon returns to process. Although I'd tried to carefully prepare them all, there were issues with many of them. Will knew exactly what to do. He was so kind, patient, and efficient in solving my problems! Couldn't have done it without him! Thank you!!
