  Their policy changed and now things need to be in a box or you can put them in a trash bag. Went in to return, was told this policy left to go package it up. Brought back nicely taped in a white trash bag. Waited in line. A worker saw me in line. Once I was near the front told me it needed to be in a black bag, then was unwilling to help me and ignored me. I went to go buy a black trash bag and came back a 3rd time.

  I came in to get a few prints made and CJ was SPECTACULAR! Very friendly, and knowledgeable. She's a keeper for sure! Thank you CJ. I'll make sure to come back and recommend people ask for you.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If Amazon had a Hall of Fame for returns, this UPS Store would already have a bronze statue out front. This place is basically an Amazon return headquarters. Insanely busy all the time and somehow still friendly, fast, and incredibly efficient. I’m here weekly. Sometimes more than I’d like to admit. Peak chaos, constant lines, boxes everywhere, and the team still runs it like a well oiled machine. They even joke about hosting a special meeting for people with Amazon return problems. If that meeting ever happens, I’ll be there early beard first. The staff is welcoming, clear, and quick. No confusion, no wasted time, just scan, smile, and move. You walk in with armfuls of regret purchases and walk out feeling lighter in every way. This is what happens when great people meet nonstop volume and still choose good energy. Busy does not slow them down. It sharpens them. Beard Approved. BIG BEN Certified. I’ll be back next week.
