I had to come in four times and I am still not sure that my issue was resolved and I’m worried that I will have to come in again. I sat there for 45 minutes. They had to call another person on the phone they helped other customers in between Just for them to tell me that everything looks good on their end and that I actually didn’t need to do anything while also telling me I need to go online and also telling me that I need to come in they have no idea what they’re doing and the employee said “well that’s the post office for you” Their own workers know how stupid and how backwards the process has become for some of these simple requests, his insinuation that incompetence is simply part of the process was humorous, but also quite sad

The lady there threw a fit about the "wrong" sticker so I ended up leaving not shipping my item out. I've used this exact sticker multiple times when shipping the exact same items, shes the first person to throw a fit about it. Not a good way to be for a small town post office. Two thumbs down, will never visit again.
