They NEVER honor temporary vacation holds, even when handed to them in person, or mail forwarding. I ALWAYS come back to a full mailbox. And THEY DONT CARE!! The entire staff needs some serious retraining.

We have had multiple problems, and I am beyond disappointed in the customer service at Kamas Post office. The worst part is they don't care and won't take responsibility for wrong doings on their part. They have returned mail that was CORRECTLY addressed to my PO Box, these were letters of real importance, at least 4 times that I'm aware of (like paychecks, DMV stickers and who knows what else.) Packages that are addressed to my street address (amazon won't let you enter a PO Box for your address and most of the time it comes UPS or Fed Ex) if it is sent by USPS they just send the package back to sender, instead of doing just a little research and find my PO Box with my name. I've talked to the manager and most of the employees with my frustrations and get nowhere. I can't believe how incompetent this post office is.
