- MMmlbormanAug 3, 20251.0I have lived in Salt Lake City, Scottsdale AZ, Knoxville TN, Atlanta GA, Denver and now La Verkin and I have never experienced such terrible service as I have received from the Hurricane post office. In the three years here we have had packages left in a parcel box without a key several times, had packages out for delivery but not delivered until the next day, and packages lost. I just don’t understand how it could be this bad.

Went to pickup the mail but found no key in my mailbox for the parcel box. On 6/28/25 found a mail carrier in the area. Explained the situation. Possibly the parcel box key was in another mailbox by mistake. She agreed to meet me at the mailbox when her route was concluded. Got there at the appointed time. She was there with the daily mail carrier. Seemed she had explained the situation to the mail carrier. My package was waiting for me. The carrier explained she had put the parcel key in the wrong box. Although an error, was impressed the carriers waited for me to fix the problem. Great service to take time from their route to handle my request.
