    Worthless. I mean it was only a $500 tail light. Showed up looking like someone kicked it (shoe prints all over the box, dented), and then dropped it on a pole, but who cares right?

    I just moved to Hurricane and the Red headed customer service employee is extremely rude and not helpful when trying to send packages. I had labels handwritten and taped to boxes and got a lecture that it wasn’t the right type of tape and that she couldn’t print a label for me. Every other post office I have been too has always just asked me my return address and printed me a label, adding it to my bill. I’ve never been told they can’t print me a label before. Then she continued to lecture me on why my boxes shouldn’t be taped with duct tape and that I needed to BUY a roll of tape from the post office and re tape all of my boxes and bring them back. I asked if she could just tape them with the right tape (since it was sitting right there next to the counter) and charge me for that so I don’t have to come back, and she said no. So she wanted me to buy tape, go home, repackage all of my boxes, rewrite my labels, and re-tape them. (Both were already taped but she claimed it’s not the right kind of tape). I said ok I’ll just take them home and re tape them, but again, I’ve always used duct tape and never had an issue. I then started to load my boxes back in my car saying I would go home and re-tape them and rewrite the labels. I’m already embarrassed to carry five boxes back out to my car with a toddler at my heels, and she continues to berate me as I’m walking out the door about how my labels need to cover the old labels on the boxes. I KNOW that. I currently don't have a printed label WHICH IS WHY I CAME TO THE POST OFFICE TO BEGIN WITH. She was condescending and rude. I have lived in 4 cities and 2 states in the last ten years and never been treated like this at a post office. I went to UPS in Hurricane and they treated me with kindness and had no problem with my tape, boxes, or labels. GO TO UPS!!

    If you want to know where your package got delivered to don’t suggest calling. You won’t get it back… seriously the worst company to ship/ deliver anything.

    I have lived in Salt Lake City, Scottsdale AZ, Knoxville TN, Atlanta GA, Denver and now La Verkin and I have never experienced such terrible service as I have received from the Hurricane post office. In the three years here we have had packages left in a parcel box without a key several times, had packages out for delivery but not delivered until the next day, and packages lost. I just don’t understand how it could be this bad.

    Despite multiple signs everywhere in the the post office saying they overnight packages this location just doesn’t overnight anything.
