- VSVanessa SartorDec 23, 20251.0Don’t you ever go there to get your passport done !!!! The black hair lady is ABSOLUTELY rude… she yelled and me and my husband a totally Karen !!! We ended up getting our passport done in Ogden and I so regret going to Huntsville.. the Ogden staff such a nice people and everything went well. I dont get why some people feel that they have the right to be rude when we need them? Makes me wonder if it’s because of my accent eve thou I’m an US citizen. Absolutely sad ! I’m Not the type of person that shows off or get all dressed up I’m simple and I love life simple, I do have an amazing career and probably have an income that she would never be able to make as a USPS worker but somehow she felt like she was better and had the right to be rude. Any ways… Never again.

She worked with us to make sure all four of us got our paperwork filed and was very patient with us. I’m glad we made the drive to Huntsville.

Took my kids out of school and came in first thing to be treated like I was the worst person ever trying to get their passports. Worst customer service ever!!!
