  This is the best UPS STORE! The employees are always pleasant and patient, and there are always enough employees that I rarely have to wait in line. They are always very helpful! Thank you for making my online returns life so much easier!

  This UPS store location is fantastic for Amazon returns. I’ve been there dozens of times over the past few years, and I have been received by friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff probably without exception. This week, however, I have been there twice to print things. And woof, there needs to be some training happening around the printer here. The first time they had a hard time wrapping their heads around double-sided printing. Which is pretty basic stuff. The second time, they tried printing my document 8 or 10 times before telling me the store was closing soon and “could I come back in the morning because this is going to take too long?” There wasn’t a line, and it wasn’t even closing yet. It wasn’t a huge job or a complex one. The assistant manager, who kept checking her watch, couldn’t figure out which tray the paper was coming from in the printer and didn’t want to give it the effort to figure it out at the expense of her Friday night plans. Yes, I sound peeved. That’s because I am. It should have been an easy service, and instead I was treated like an inconvenience and ended up leaving without my prints.
