That said, I'm sure no one on here that has given her a good review was there to return an Amazon package. It's clear that she hates the fact that UPS stores take Amazon returns. If you aren't there generating them revenue, she doesn't want you there. I heard a customer ask her something about how to return an amazon purchase on their phone and she threw her hands up and said don't ask me I don't EVER buy anything from Amazon.. In fact I don't even have the app on my phone. I make my husband do it. It's clear she has a bad taste in her mouth about Amazon and it's probably because the UPS store decided they were going to accept Amazon returns and 90% of their foot traffic is just that. That said, I'll continue to come back to the store and use the kiosk for my returns. Wouldn't want to bother Rose. Rose - it's okay that you don't like Amazon, just stop being so passive aggressive and rude to customers. If you don't like working with people who use Amazon, then go work at Fedex.
