They act as if they are completely inconvenienced to do their job and every customer is dumb. God forbid you have an Amazon return because you'll be aggressively directed to self checkout that takes twice as long. The manager is loud, aggressive and makes going to this location unbearable, I won't be back.

Much appreciated! Additionally, the prepaid label that I had printed at home was incomplete, and they caught that as they happen to pass by me when I was trying to use the self-service kiosk, and they helped reprint a new label.
