I recently sent a birthday card to my uncle Paul Stevens for his 100th birthday, I used an address that was used for years. However it must have recently changed by one part, zip code still the same. The post man most certainly knows who Paul is, yet he would not forward the card, all he could do is return to sender. I am very disappointed with the post office.

A lot of my family members have not had a very pleasant experience here, but the two ladies that I have met are absolutely amazing! They are here all the time and are always ready to help. They are so happy and say hello every time I come in. I am always excited to come get my mail here! I surely appreciate all the things that the mail service does for everyone. ❤️

I hate how people from California judge every little move a post office worker makes and turns the situation into a catastrophe. The post office(s) are always so sweet and caring. They have even reached out to others in the community through their jobs to spread joy and comfort. Lost packages are NOT their faults, and it DOES happen all the time. That does not mean the sweet workers behind the counter are to blame for the hundreds of thousands of people handling a package.

Had the most terrible service today at Fillmore post office ,from the lady behind the desk did not catch her name but she is one of two women that I've seen there, she is the one with short hair and dark makeup on eyes. I been waiting for a package for a few weeks now, it is a priority mail envelope. She asked if I had anything in my mailbox which clearly I have not recieved what I was asking for. She stated she would not be able to help me , basically stating she is refusing to do her job, from my understanding you cannot refuse service when your working a fedaral job! She kept stating she could not do anything for me when I tried to ask her to check under my address. So I just told her Thank you and have a nice day, as I proceed to leave because I did not want to listen to her say over and over that she could not help me! She yelled after me "see ya" obviously knowing ill be back to ask for my package. I just relocated from California and cannot believe that coming from a highly populated City the post office associates there are 100 times more polite than this lady in a small town with hardly any customers.
