The post office(s) are always so sweet and caring. They have even reached out to others in the community through their jobs to spread joy and comfort. Lost packages are NOT their faults, and it DOES happen all the time. That does not mean the sweet workers behind the counter are to blame for the hundreds of thousands of people handling a package.
