- MLMadyson LambDec 15, 20251.0I come in here if not once a week at least twice a week. I send quite a bit of packages out with my store and typically have to box them up at the post office. On 12/15 I went in with just one item to send out today. I went a grabbed a box and went to the table where my stuff was to box it up. The blonde lady yelled "ma’am you need to pay for that" across the 10 plus people in line. It was so uncomfortable for me. The gentleman next to her helped me at his window and before I could even finish walking up, she yells again "she still needs to pay for that box". I’ve never had this experience in my life. I get making sure, but to yell how she did it felt like I was being attacked. Will not be back to this location because of her.
- ZCZachary CarterNov 8, 20251.0Over the last two years, my mail carrier has lost several packages, birthday cards, etc. I report it every time, and nothing is ever done. This is the most inept waste of tax dollars I've ever seen. Do not use the Farmington post office; they fail every single time.

- CMCraig M.May 27, 20201.0This post office constantly delivers our mail to the wrong mail box including a most recent tax refund which somebody down the street finally brought over after two weeks. Today, they delivered an Amazon package to the wrong mailbox. This has happened six times this year (that we know of). Luckily, although not fool proof, we use the USPS informed delivery service and most of the time can see when something isn't delivered after being scanned upon arrival at the post office here in Farmington Utah. Sad, that we have to feel like we have to check and balance our mail delivery every day.
