- ERErin RodriguezMay 31, 20191.0I never leave negative reviews for anything, but I feel it’s necessary when it comes to the mail service in this town. I’m constantly having to replace packages because the mail carriers insist on shoving every package into the tiny mailboxes, bending and tearing books and other items. I’ve literally had to cut boxes open to even get it out of my box. There have been several instances where I’ve received delivery notifications only to have my mailbox empty and the package never ends up coming. I’ve only lived in Ephraim a few years but have had more mail issues than the entire rest of my life combined. If I could give them zero stars I would.
