Frequently continues to lose my packages. It’s getting exhausting. When I contact them to do an investigation they never get back to me.

If I could give this post office a 0 I would. I am consistantly missing packages and mail, while also recieving other peoples mail and packages that I have to deliver to the right person myself. In one instance I witnessed, while looking out my window, a blonde mail lady THROW a package four feet up to my doorstep. I am currently missing a package worth $30 for which if not found I will not be reimbursed. This post office is beyond untrustworthy and unreliable.

Great service by one of the best USPS offices I have ever used. On the rare times that an error is made Ephraim post office works quickly to remedy the situation.

This is a very welcoming branch of the United States Postal service. It is nice and brightly lit with pleasing colored and neatly painted walls, which a HUGE upgrade from most branches. The Employees are very helpful and prompt even if you don't know what you are doing. One lady who helped me even went out of her way to advise me to buy envelopes elsewhere so I could save so money. Everything is very clean and there is a convienent trash bin next to the P.O. boxes for all my junkmail. The P.O. boxes are also open beyond normal business hours so you can pick up your mail at anytime. Just maybe don't go at 2 am or something: that would be creepy. The one thing this branch could work on is treating the packages with more care when putting them into the P.O. boxes. I docked them one star for it, but their oversize bin tactic is working well just needs more practice. Overall an excellent branch to get all you snail mail shipped/received.
