- QWQuentin WallworkJan 13, 20201.0I’m really not sure how you attempt to deliver packages and somehow fail? Twice in the last two weeks and this time no tire tracks or foot prints in the driveway. Laziness or incompetence?
- MPMarcy PetersenDec 19, 20181.0I had to mail a package to India. Sienie sold me insurance on it telling me it would cover it in case it got lost or stolen between here and India. I paid a lot for this coverage and she knew exactly what I was sending because she helped me package it and told me exactly what to put on the paperwork. My package ended up getting lost and now the Post Office won't cover it! I have asked BOTH her and Jeanie (the manager) to help me SEVERAL times. Jeanie then went out for surgery and blew it off and Sienie kept promising me she would call me back and I have called her SEVERAL times and she tells me the SAME thing, "I'll get back to you". I feel she should cover the cost of the insurance at least since she should not have told me it would be covered but she has done NOTHING to help.
