  I've never been impressed with this store, but I keep coming back due to proximity. But after today I won't be going back. In the past I've felt with moody employees who are slow and dont seem to know what they are doing, and everything seems overcharged. Today the employee I was working with was slow, kept asking for information that was right in front of him. Coughing in his hands then touching my package and things around him. Then he told me my package would be $31 to ship in 2 days. I asked for a cheaper price and he said that was it. He then proceeded to tell me the address on my package didn't exist and he couldn't mail it- I've been mailing packages to this address for 3 years. When I would ask why or how to i fix it, he just kept repeating and goung rounds, but never offering solutions or listening to me. After 20 minutes I took my package and went to the UPS store in Saratoga. I was met with smiles, the line moved fast, no problems with the address, and it was $24 to ship. In and out in 7 minutes. Its worth the 20 minute drive to go to a helpful cheery store. I won't be coming back to this store.

  To preface, I’ve never left a negative review - the owner/manager needs to chill out. Every time it’s an interrogation/reprovement of what is in the package, why the packaging is wrong, why you can’t ship this… blah blah blah. Surely this guy use to write tickets to peers as a hall monitor in school. I’m just glad this guy isn’t a cop in town or else we’d surely be in trouble!
