Today, I had a larger than normal amount of boxes. Axel and Gael were there this time, and as usual, always a pleasure to deal with. Axel offered to help me bring in my packages, but I declined, as I did not want to interfere with him helping the other customers. He propped open one of the doors with a sign, which was so very kind and helpful. Gael also helped process all of my large boxes as I brought them in. I have never not been met with a smile when I do business here. I never feel rushed, or that they are bothered by my presence. If I could give them 10 stars I would. These are the type of employees that I would gladly hire, or work alongside. If you need help with your UPS packages, this is the store you want to use.
