(This happened even though the merchandise was inside of a bag with the name of the store on it and I told the girl which package was for which store MULTIPLE times) Then, when you submit a claim to FedEx they will deny it even though it's their fault and you will never get your money back!!

They called me within 5 minutes to let me know that they did not have the ability to do binding as I had requested, but that a location 5 minutes away could and could also provide it to be done faster.
