I grew up here and tell people the sweetest story about a poorly addressed postcard sill making it to my 8yo friend because we are such a small town. I say all this so you know I'm not someone who easily complains. BUT. I am having the WORST experience with this office right now. I moved recently and they refused to deliver my packages. They said I had to fill out form 4232. Which is odd, because I did not have to fill that form out at my last Delta address. I literally moved four blocks, but now it is somehow necessary (it isn't, they are lying to cover their mistake). Turns out the form is 100% voluntary and requires no documentation. I filled it out anyway and they would not accept the form without documentation. I show her my lease and she still refuses to accept the form. So I just do a change of address instead. Reorder my packages. Half of them arrive Friday, so I'm thinking, yay it's fixed. Nope, the other half were to come Saturday and they refused to deliver them. They stuck the stupid VOLUNTARY form 4232 in my mailbox and sent my packages back to sender, AGAIN! I have spent $500 by this point, and I needed my stuff more than two weeks ago. I plan to call my US rep and whoever else I need to, to get this fixed. Totally unacceptable. They are making up policy and causing physical harm to my child who needs these physical therapy items delivered to alleviate pain!

I'm done being nice, especially because I have complained about it a number of times and everybody in the post office looks at me like I'm looney! MY MAILBOX IS NEAR THE HIGHWAY do any of the mail carriers understand that anybody can just stop and take your packages and you will never know who did it because so many people pass by and there is nobody around to see who did it? No they don't because they don't care. They would care if it was their packages left out there next to a busy highway
