  I’ve historically had good experiences with this location (especially when it comes to Amazon returns which is why I feel comfortable giving two stars vs one). However, I’ve now had two situations where I used a third-party service and shipped through this store, and the final cost ended up being 2–3x higher AFTER I left. Most recently, I brought in a large Home Depot moving box (the size is printed directly on the box). AFTER I left, the measurements in the system were increased by an inch on each side, which pushed the shipment into the next pricing tier raising the cost from about $20 to over $60. If I hadn’t double checked the details on my end, I wouldn’t have known this happened, since the change was made AFTER I left the store. AND I paid them to print the label after they weighed the package on their scale to make sure it was accurate. Just something to be aware of if you’re using third-party shipping services through this location. Just super disappointed to have to yet again be looking over my shoulder.

  Everyone in the store was really helpful and kind. Brayden helped me out when I was in a pinch and got me taken care of quickly and easily

  Love this location…owner is so friendly and goes out of his way to help. Staff always nice, everyone says hello as you enter.

  Liz was the most rude person I have come in contact with. I go to this UPS all the time. She was very rude making me immediately uncomfortable because she seemed out of patience so I left. Went back in a few minutes later to return some more items because she didn’t want to help me the first time. The disregard of helping a customer and unprofessional attitude towards me or any customer is not ok. I hope nobody has to be treated like this!
