- TRTiffany RomaniDec 17, 20251.0This is the second time I've gone here to send out a package. Both times customer service was very rude. I've only ever delivered a package twice. This time I went in and the worker told me to correct an address. I did so and went to the other worker. He told me "You clearly didn't listen to him. I'm fixing this for you." I felt terrible after and tried not to cry on my way home. Both times the customer service was awful, I heard the other gentleman basically belittle a woman because she "packaged something wrong" and had to pay extra because of it. I'm going to just drive further away to a different USPS from now on.
