The other male employee that was there later in the evening was so condescending and rude. He refused to send my package via ground because it "wasnt available". That seemed odd to me as it was an option I could select on the pad... I paid almost 10$ to ship a package that didnt weigh much and was 3x5". Ground was 3$. I asked Chris about it a couple days later and he said the other employee was being dishonest with me. I suspect because he was a genuinely MISERABLE person who was so negative and rude to all.... Disgusting they hire employees that treat people like scum for no reason. Shoutout to Chris for being a kind and friendly person though.

This time I went in and the worker told me to correct an address. I did so and went to the other worker. He told me "You clearly didn't listen to him. I'm fixing this for you." I felt terrible after and tried not to cry on my way home. Both times the customer service was awful, I heard the other gentleman basically belittle a woman because she "packaged something wrong" and had to pay extra because of it. I'm going to just drive further away to a different USPS from now on.
