- MHMorgan HunsingerDec 31, 20251.0I'm going to start driving out of my way to Layton USPS or other locations. Thats now strongly I wish I could put 0 stars on this review. The service at this location is normally terrible. The staff AREN'T professional, aren't friendly, and look unhygienic the majority of the times I have used them. Today was my last straw with them. I went in to do a simple return and the lady didn't greet me, and looked already pissed off at me first thing in the morning. I get it, people have bad days so I was very polite/understanding back. However, she denied taking my return and kept cutting me off when all I was trying to do was have a conversation with her but NOPE. The employee (older lady with the dark hair) was rude like she nornally is, and I would honestly say down right mean. SO I drove to the Layton location and they took my return no problem. I didn't even mention going to trying the other location just to see if I was in the wrong with my return. But again, NOPE, she was just rude, inconsiderate, and needs to retire because she is losing the location clientele. At least from me and my family. Terrible!

- BFBrandyn FerneliusNov 12, 20251.0Low standards on employees at this location. Front clerk today wasn’t very nice or sociable. He didn’t even say hello. His cloths were dirty and he looked a mess. Made me leave to another counter to put a stamp I bought on my envelope and then come back to wait in line to give him the letter. It took me 1 second to put the stamp on. Not sure why I had to get back on line for that. Seemed like he hates his job and life at this post office.
