I missed receiving the food package my family sent. They told me both boxes were shipped together, but I only received one—the other one is missing. Both were marked as delivered. Later, when another package arrived that required a signature, they didn’t call me, but still updated the status saying no one was available to receive it and that I need to pick it up at the post office.

I don’t normally spend time writing reviews but here we are. This office is okay. If you go in, it’s packed. Recently had a change of address and had everything updated to ship to my new place. For a few weeks everything was fine until today. Same place ordering from, same name, same address. Nothing has changed. Left a slip of paper saying I need a change of address (again)
Tried to call and see what was going on. Phone rang for 3 minutes. I called about 5 times.
Please please give us an email or name of someone we can contact. I have important documents I need and now they’re being shipped back to the sender.

zero stars if I could. They can't deliver anything on time and half the time I have to go pick the mail up because they "couldn't deliver it." I've had to fill out a form like three times in the last 8 months with my roommates because they won't deliver the mail and then claim they don't know who lives here. Literally any other form of delivery does just fine. Also, the mail used to come in the morning at the same time, but now I don't receive anything until after the sun goes down and at wildly different times every day. There's a front porch, an address, and last names on the mail box by the door I don't understand.

Horrible service when you call. It's one of the worst automated service ever. That's the 800 number. But when you dial the local 435 number, nobody answers ever. I can let it ring for 3 minutes and I could call five times in a row and nothing. You can tell the workers hate their job. I mean I can understand all the BS that goes through in and out all day long but at least fake it, pretend that they care. A little backstory,I kept getting my ex roommate's mail. I took it in to the post office thinking that they would just forward the mail to him. Well it turns out that's not the process. They will just send it back to wherever the mail / packages came from. I didn't want to start that process just yet. I told the worker that I would try one more time to get a hold of my ex-roommate and give him one more chance to pick it up from me but the worker wouldn't let me take it back. I had just left the post office and was able to get a hold of my ex-roommate. I explained the situation and told him that maybe he can just pick it up at the post office if he's in the area. To help him out. I called the 800 number. Finally talked to somebody after 8 minutes of going through hoops and loops. Explain the situation and was hoping that she can get a hold of someone at my local office to just keep the mail / packages together for a day, maybe two the most so he can pick it up. Well apparently they can't do that cuz it's too difficult to try to help someone out. I understand. It's my bad that I should have texted my ex-roommate before going into the post office But what was done was done and I tried to fix it.
