  This is by far the best UPS store I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The owners and staff are friendly and always ready to help. I had the pleasure of being served by a new employee last week named Natalie. She was fantastic

  I have had nothing but great experience at this location, great facility, super nice staff. I did have issue last week, I dropped off an item that needed to have box built to be shipped as I had pre-printed shipping label. It took them 5 days to build box to ship, it has never taken this long in the past and in those situations they had to build a box as well. I honestly think it was because I did not pay for shipping there but printed from another site I sold the item through, this way was 50% cheaper than paying for shipping through them.
