    Went in to get a money order and overnight an envelope only to be told to go to UPS. I get to UPS and the girl tells me that we have to send it through the postal service because it’s going to a PO BOX so I asked her USPS?? She said yes and proceeds to put it in a USPS envelope. So why did USPS tell me to go to UPS?! I’ve been to this post office a bunch but never seen the guy that was helping me there before. 3 stars because the other guys that work there are great

    I can’t even count the amount of lost/undelivered packages on both hands anymore. Mind you, delayed shipments don’t bother me and long lines don’t bother me. Both are totally understandable with the amount of traffic coming through, but to consistently send packages to the wrong house, declare my address “undeliverable,” “attempt” to deliver a package twice and then send it to COLORADO, losing my claim info THREE TIMES on the same lost package… and on and on. I have never once left a bad review before, but this is establishment is deplorable.

    They only had one person actually working. There was a huge line and people had left because it was taking a long time. One other person had come out to ask if people were just picking up and no one was and went into the back. If you plan to go mail something at the post office plan for an hour to 2 hour wait.

    Twice now you guys have returned our package to sender due to delivery driver incompetence, it states cannot complete because of incompete address, but doordashers and spark shoppers can do just fine finding my house, you guys said it was out for delivery at 6 am and don't say anything about if failing until 456 right before you guys closed, so that was rigged, and then you sent it out at 3 am before you guys even open, what in the actual dysfunction is that?
