- CCCHRSep 24, 20251.0Manager Hayley is very rude and apparently not interested in retaining customers. When attempting to mail a shopping return, I was told to give her my ID. She started entering my personal info into the system. I asked why this was necessary and she rudely told me it was in case I was mailing a bomb. I expressed concern about having my personal details in their system and she said, we don't sell your info or anything and kept entering. Interesting that USPS doesn't require this. Even if it is UPS policy she should have been more polite about the policy. Customer service skills are nil.
