I’ve been here 20 minutes and the emails won’t come through. Sent them multiple ways. Standing in the middle of the parking lot, connected to your Wi-Fi, seriously why wouldn’t you fix this? You’re supposed to be a technology company. Staff here has no clue what to do. I have to ask for the box back nobody apologizes nobody says thank you they obviously go through this all the time. Thank goodness for Amazon FedEx is on its way out.
