Since they were bigger envelopes I checked with the lady at the desk to make sure they had enough postage. The lady assured me they were all set, however, a week later I got 11 of them back saying they needed more postage. I stopped back by and explained the situation. The lady at the desk said they were just SLIGHTLY bigger than their mail slot and that’s why they sent them back. They checked with their supervisor to see if there was anything they could do and instead of working with me, they literally had a 30 weeks along pregnant woman step out of the line, reopen every single one of them, cut the envelopes down (NOT EVEN HALF A CENTIMETER) and re-tape them closed before they would mail them. But the other 39 envelopes mailed just fine! It was the MOST FRUSTRATING situation and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I will NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!! If I could give them negative stars I would!
