- KKKiki KeithNov 11, 20255.0I come to this location multiple times a month for my business and let me say Ronne gets a bad rep but honestly she’s one of the best employees there. She’s the only person in the entire store who speaks to you, ask you about your day, and ask if there’s anything else she can help you with. The other employees don’t even look up or acknowledge you when you walk in. They’re the ones that need customer service/hospitality training. I don’t know Ronne personally but every time I enter the store and I see her, I feel a little more at ease knowing there is someone there who cares about the customers. Sadly there is no handicap parking but there are other available spaces around the building. If you park in the back, there are several spaces in the corner that you can park in. There is parking on the side of the building and two spaces in the front. The parking situation might not be ideal but it is available so I’m not taking a star off because that’s no fault of the employees. I highly suggest coming in prepared and ready to tackle the need or care you came into the store for because it helps the line move faster and helps the employees as well. Haylee helped us send a large number of items back to Comcast, and I was so impressed with her attention to detail and professionalism. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and great interpersonal skills really stood out — she was an absolute joy to work with. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend this location!

They charged us for computer time yet they have to use the computer to do their own jobs. They charged us for extra tape, which is never happened at the Sugar House store because the kids at work there are super happy and super friendly. If you want the opposite of good service come here.

You could park in the back, but with the threatening tow and boot signs, you don't dare park there. So you can park up the side street, and lug your big packages in. But the service is reasonably good.
