It’s this kind of crap why I NEVER ship through UPS and why I will now also NEVER be doing my returns through UPS. They must hate their jobs, The lady behind even commented “Wow you have been nothing but pleasant, I wonder who peed in her Cheerios” If you want pleasant and helpful customer service go somewhere else and avoid UPS at all costs.
