- STShawn ThompsonAug 19, 20251.0This is without a doubt the worst water delivery company there is in existence. I have 7 business locations that they deliver to and it is almost impossible to talk to someone about delivery issues. You call and get someone from India that cannot help with Costco accounts and get transferred endlessly to different departments. They always miss their delivery day and then deliver on days you are not in the office so they leave the bottles at the door but don't pick up the old bottles and then they won't pick up the empty bottles unless you call them and specifically tell them you need "extra" bottles picked up. Worst company EVER!!!

I have gone at different times of the day and they are empty. I have been trying for the 2 weeks, no luck. Maybe they need new machines. Looking for someplace else to go.
