    Employee was resistant to give me my package, despite providing a government issued ID, and me providing the ship to address. Honestly, it felt like he was on an ego trip. I will never use that location again

    Amazing customer service! I’ve used this location multiple times for self service printing and copying. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Today I needed a file printed while I made copies for an upcoming international trip. I somehow managed to leave one of our passports there! The staff not only found my passport, they put it in their safe AND managed to track my contact information down and reached out to me. Colin you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond. You saved my trip!
