  I’ve been working with CTC for years and have consistently had a great experience. They bring strong market knowledge and do an excellent job keeping all parties aligned toward a successful outcome. Practice acquisitions can be complex and stressful, and CTC handles the process thoughtfully from start to finish.

  I had the pleasure of working with CTC Associates on both the purchase and the sale of my dental practice, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, Randon, Amanda, and Marie guided me through every step of the process with professionalism and clear communication. Transitions like these come with a lot of uncertainty, and they took the time to keep me informed, answer every question, and address my concerns along the way. They found an excellent buyer for my practice quickly, which alleviated much of the stress I had going into the process. Their expertise is evident, but what impressed me even more is how much they clearly value relationships and doing what is right for their clients. They are incredibly ethical, thoughtful, and truly invested in the outcome. If you are considering buying or selling a dental practice, I would highly recommend CTC Associates.   I had a wonderful experience working with Randon Jensen at CTC Associates during my dental practice acquisition. As the broker representing the seller, Randon was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He provided clear and thoughtful guidance at every step and was always available to answer questions and offer insights. His communication was timely, transparent, and easy to understand, which made a complex transaction feel much more manageable. Randon is not only a highly skilled professional, but he is also a genuinely good person who cares about those he works with.   As a practicing dentist of 20 years, I have worked with numerous dental practice brokers across multiple states. This was my first experience with CTC Associates—and it was by far the worst. I would not recommend using this company to buy or sell a dental practice unless you have no other option. I reached out regarding a specific practice in Idaho, signed an NDA, and clearly communicated my interest. Despite this, I was asked again which practice I wanted information on and redirected to their website. It then took several days to receive the prospectus, which was both incomplete and outdated. There was no follow-up call or meaningful communication at any point. I scheduled an in-person visit and was surprised that no broker was present—only the selling doctor. In 20 years, I have never encountered a transition handled this way. There was also no follow-up after the visit to discuss interest or next steps. When I decided to move forward, the communication issues continued. My primary contact was unavailable for 10 days. I then worked with another associate to prepare a Letter of Intent, but it was never sent. Meanwhile, the seller reached out informally asking about my offer, and ultimately accepted another offer without ever receiving mine. I was later told the LOI had been sitting unsent in an inbox. This level of disorganization and lack of follow-through is unacceptable for something as significant as a dental practice transition. Based on my experience, it is not surprising the practice had been on the market for over a year. I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

  We recently sold our dental practice after almost 35 years of being in practice. It was a very daunting process . RANDON JENSEN was our practice broker, helping us in every way possible to be our ADVOCATE, in the transition of selling our dental practice. He was extremely professional, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of the whole process from beginning to end. We were especially impressed with how he interacted with our staff, when he had the meeting with them, helping them to understand how the transition would work with the new dentist. They all commented on how helpful he was in helping to make the transition with them proceed smoothly with the new dentist .
