  I had a wonderful experience working with Randon Jensen at CTC Associates during my dental practice acquisition. As the broker representing the seller, Randon was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He provided clear and thoughtful guidance at every step and was always available to answer questions and offer insights. His communication was timely, transparent, and easy to understand, which made a complex transaction feel much more manageable. Randon is not only a highly skilled professional, but he is also a genuinely good person who cares about those he works with. I am very grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone navigating a practice transition.

  As a practicing dentist of 20 years, I have worked with numerous dental practice brokers across multiple states. This was my first experience with CTC Associates—and it was by far the worst. I would not recommend using this company to buy or sell a dental practice unless you have no other option. I reached out regarding a specific practice in Idaho, signed an NDA, and clearly communicated my interest. Despite this, I was asked again which practice I wanted information on and redirected to their website. It then took several days to receive the prospectus, which was both incomplete and outdated. There was no follow-up call or meaningful communication at any point. I scheduled an in-person visit and was surprised that no broker was present—only the selling doctor. In 20 years, I have never encountered a transition handled this way. There was also no follow-up after the visit to discuss interest or next steps. When I decided to move forward, the communication issues continued. My primary contact was unavailable for 10 days. I then worked with another associate to prepare a Letter of Intent, but it was never sent. Meanwhile, the seller reached out informally asking about my offer, and ultimately accepted another offer without ever receiving mine. I was later told the LOI had been sitting unsent in an inbox. This level of disorganization and lack of follow-through is unacceptable for something as significant as a dental practice transition. Based on my experience, it is not surprising the practice had been on the market for over a year. I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

  Due to health reasons it became necessary to sell our dental practice and Randon Jensen was extremely supportive and helpful during a difficult transition for us. The biggest take away is that CTC Associates is not just for helping you buy or sell a practice. Consulting and tapping into their knowledge of the dental industry as a health care service as well as a business would have been so helpful in understanding how to optimize and maintain balance between patient care and business flow. Whether buying or selling or just wanting to increase the value of your existing practice, CTC Associates will be able to address your specific concerns and represent you well in your professional transactions.
