- TSTyler StatenDec 13, 20251.0Whenever I get a tracking alert for a package and it is coming from USPS, I already plan for it to go missing. Two straight deliveries to our neighbors, and it’s probably 50% of the time outside of that. It’s impossible to work with USPS and their employees simply do not care about how pathetic their service is, and somehow care much less when they lose a package.

First the mailman decides he doesn’t want to bring my mail anymore because the neighbors have dogs and he has to come inside the fence to deliver the mail. I find this a bit strange considering on almost a dozen occasions I have seen him pet and play with the dogs when he makes his rounds here. But anyway, I move the mailboxes to the road as requested by the mail carrier. I call them to inform them the necessary change has been made as well as my neighbor going in person and telling them while collecting his mail. Monday of this week they brought it right on time like before this happened. However there has been no mail since. When I go in to get my mail I am told they don’t have it and it is with the carrier. I check my box, no mail. I call to inquire about the situation and the woman on the phone is incredibly rude and dismissive toward me. I should have gotten her name. I don’t know why she bothered to answer the phone because all she tried to do was get me off the line. Seems as this is the only way to get mail, I guess I’ll have to file a complaint. It’s nit like I can boycott the postal service and find another way to get mail. Which is a joke.
