- TSTyler StatenDec 13, 20251.0Whenever I get a tracking alert for a package and it is coming from USPS, I already plan for it to go missing. Two straight deliveries to our neighbors, and it’s probably 50% of the time outside of that. It’s impossible to work with USPS and their employees simply do not care about how pathetic their service is, and somehow care much less when they lose a package.
- TPTimothy PitonyakNov 19, 20255.0The American Fork post office always provides exceptional service. I always get a friendly smile from the postal clerks and their happily willing to assist me. The wait time is very quick and usually there are enough clerks to help customers.
- BHBruce HanksOct 15, 20252.0It's quite a thing to be standing in a long line at this Post Office and have employees look right at you - then close their station and walk away; leaving one person trying to help an ever more angry group of people. Mari is probably the worst at this.

Usually: Minimal wait times and excellent custom service, never had an issue. Results from this branch have been better than average, and I've interacted with about two dozen post offices over the years. I ship and pickup packages here at least monthly, and have asked their help reporting missing mail and having mailbox locks changed.
- TWThomas WhitakerSep 19, 20255.0I visit this location several times a year. I can't say I've ever had a problem, in fact the workers seem very intent on doing their best as efficiently as they can. Yes, there have been long lines. I've expected them from time to time. Other times I am in and out in less than 10 minutes. It's a clean government facility with people who do care about their jobs and their customers.
