Yes, he processed my return but with VERY poor customer service.

They lost my document from my P.O Box I am renting from them . You think P.O Box is for you so you can have your important docs safely and they lost my document and was so rude to me . She wasn’t accountable for her actions and didn’t apologize once . It makes me so furious how she still has a job . She needs to get fired and you guys need to step up . They lost business with me . This girl is shameless . I would hate to have employees like her.” My response: I am at this UPS location most every day at multiple different times during the day. I have seen this worker show extreme patience when dealing with difficult customers who blame the employees for issues that they have no control over. I have had nothing but a positive and above experience when interacting with ELLSWORTH, especially when there has been a line out the door and multiples customers with poor attitudes. I would highly recommend this UPS location strictly due to the customer service that is shown.
