I came in asking for help packaging a return and was flatly told, “We don’t have the stuff for that… you need to do it yourself.” No alternatives, no guidance, no effort. Just dismissal. I left, packaged the item myself, and returned to ship it, only to be told by the same two employees that they “can’t take that here” and that I should “go to another UPS Store.” No explanation. No logic. Just more shrugging and sending me elsewhere. If another store can handle it, why can’t this one? Because they don’t want to. Don’t go here. The customer service is a joke… dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. If you enjoy being sent on a scavenger hunt instead of actually receiving service, this is the place for you.

They went to great lengths to carefully prepare my package and walked me through everything they were doing so I understood. They worked hard to help me save as much money as possible with shipping. They were so great!!

They also told me the connection to the printer was unstable so they might not be able to print at all. They aren’t able to access google drive files which makes sense, so make sure to use a usb thumb drive or another external method for larger files you can’t send via email. They also charge an insane amount of money for printing. Overall, I understand printing isn’t one of their main priorities, so maybe they should reconsider offering it as a service altogether.
