I emailed the Orem store staff in the morning stating that I needed my project printed that same day. They told me that they were super busy and couldn't promise they would have it done, but they would try. The called me later in the day and they got my project done. They were very willing to help me and did everything they could to get it done.

Frequently Asked Questions About AlphaGraphics American Fork

Can you blow up a picture to print?

The answer isn't as simple as yes or no, but the answer is yes. The quality, however, would all depend on the resolution of your image. We print everything at 300 dpi (dots per inch). If your image resolution supports us enlarging it without losing quality then yes we can do it, and it will still look good. If your image resolution does not support enlarging the image and will look fuzzy then we will let you know that before we print to make sure you are ok with the low resolution result. If you are unsure if your resolution can support enlarging it for printing, please bring in the file or email it to us and tell us the desired size and we can let you know if your file supports enlarging it or not.

What file format do you prefer?

We prefer a PDF file but we can accept most other image file formats as well. PDF file format is meant for print and so that is why we prefer PDF. Other file formats might turn out differently than expected if we print from a file format different from a PDF.
