  We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Dental Qore. There has been a consistent lack of communication and accountability. Despite being under contract, we have received zero performance reports, no meaningful guidance, and no support at the level you would reasonably expect, especially something as basic as having a responsive account manager. We were initially assigned an account manager, but they have completely disappeared, and since then, no one has stepped in to assist us. We have reached out multiple times with urgent website updates and requests, yet our messages have gone unanswered. As a result, our website currently contains multiple inaccuracies, which directly reflects their lack of responsiveness and follow-through. Even when we’ve tried to be proactive, such as requesting access to make edits ourselves, they have not provided any solutions. It feels like the only time there is responsiveness is when payments are involved. Beyond that, support is essentially nonexistent. Additionally, the design quality does not meet professional standards. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot and do not recommend their services.
