- LRLori RichFeb 4, 20201.0My husband and I lived with our inlaws for a short time before moving to a different town. We put in our address change as a family of three and the system picked up everybody in the house amd moved everyone's mail to our new location. We were able to sort this out originally by cancelling the change of address and filing as individuals in our new town. However, we are still getting our in laws mail delivered to us. My father in law has gone in and spoke with the people in the thermopolis office multiple times and filled out multiple pieces of paper, yet seven months later we are still getting mail for them semiregularly. Someone is not making the effort to do the job right. Our new town cannot do anything about it either. Hooray for poor service.
- AMAva McCormickJul 12, 20171.0Their rural route mail carriers throw your packages. If you leave a note to not throw the packages, they just refuse to deliver and dont leave notice. They also broke my mailbox. God bless america
