- KMk mJul 10, 20261.0Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a post office. Employees are rude and not helpful. This location could definitely use a restructure.
- CHCandy HoweJul 1, 20261.0Consumer Affairs to investigate again after Thayne now refuses to complete delivery by requiring our Town Hall to sort and deliver bundles of mail and packages to its residents. This can be considered unauthorized interference with federal mail operations. SVR has piles of mail waiting to be sorted and delivered by volunteers, yet, USPS responsibility is clearly defined by federal law and codified in the Postal Reorganization Act of 1970. For those who 's tracking indicates delivered and available for pick up at the facility- I recommend standing there politely until the package is located.

Can’t find the package even though it says it was scanned there, Only to be told five minutes later, it is actually there or someone else finds it, And last year they gave one of our expensive packages away to somebody else because they rarely check ID or address. I’ve gone as far to report this location to the inspector general of the postmaster doesn’t seem to do any good. Today, again, package has arrived notification in our email, everything is verified online, arrive there, somehow it can’t be found. We always have the postage just like they ask. If you have the option to order anything via FedEx or UPS, take the option!
