- CRCylis RedJun 6, 20261.0Absolutely rude and lazy staff. For the last 3 years I've lived in the rozet area, every time I've visited this office they have been absolutely rude, even for a simple pick up or envelope purchase. They are unwilling to help if it's not convenient for them even if it is part of their job. So inconsistent and unorganized with their deliveries, and take packages back to the office if it's not convenient to them to deliver. Forget going above and beyond, they refuse to do the bare minimum.
- BDBilly DarleySep 3, 20241.0I'm starting to agree with all the other negative reviews. Most inconsistent delivery I've ever seen out of all the other towns and states I've lived in. Ive seen the mail show up here as early as 1130am and as late as 330pm. If the package shows up to the post office on Saturday it's always marked as "held at post office at customers request". I've never done that with anything. They absolutely never drop off any packages at my door in all the years I've lived here so at this rate i dont expect it. I'm definitely at the point where I'd prefer all my packages were shipped with a different carrier if I get the option. I blame the government for not providing these folks with company vehicles that can handle wyoming winters. I dont think its right that the employee has to provide the vehicle for thier job. On a positive note, they're pretty friendly in person but that being said, I definitely miss how much better the postal system operates in more populated parts of the country.
- TMThomas MayerJun 15, 20241.0Can a rural post office just stop delivering mail on Saturday for no reason? We no longer get mail on Saturday. Won't answer their phone, to check if packages are there, to save driving 40 miles to find out if the package is there. Frustrating.
- BWBrandon WildeJul 19, 20231.0All important mail such as bank documents, employer dacuments, Wyoming driver's license, and packages are returned to sender but any kind of advertisement or junk mail is delivered everyday numerous phone calls have been made to rectify however after a day or two of regular delivery it goes right back to terrible. BY FAR THE WORST POSSIBLE POST OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES!!!!
