- NJNicholas Jesse3 days ago5.0Susan who works as a clerk in the Laramie Post Office is an incredibly valuable employee. She provides important information to customers, helps customers understand postal delivery processes, is a plethora of knowledge when it comes to answering any questions, and is probably the best customer service person I have connected with in town. She goes above and beyond to deliver quality and this day in age, that is truly an asset to the customers, and the employer. Thank you for doing your due diligence to deliver a quality experience at the Post Office today. I hope you get a promotion soon because it is well-deserved.

This time we ordered something from amazon and when I opened the mail box all there was was an empty package. I went up to the counter and they said, "oh, this happens all the time". They asked me, what was in the package, and I told them. And then they said, "oh wait, here's one item, this was on the cart, It must have fallen out". How does a package that looks like this get from Arizona to Laramie with all the items in it when it arrives in Larame to nothing in the package? The gentleman in front of me had the same exact thing happened to him with a white envelope from amazon, but the bottom was cut out just like this one. Very suspicious, especially if you ordered expensive items and they somehow are missing when it gets to the Laramie post office. They try to blame FedX. Very disappointed!
