  Extremely Disappointed in Professional Packing Service I paid $156 for professional packing and shipping at this UPS Store in Laramie, Wyoming, to ship my belongings to Georgia. The items were worth nearly $2,000. I trusted this business to professionally package my belongings for safe transportation. Instead, two boxes were joined together and wrapped with taped. The shipment arrived damaged, and I was extremely disappointed with the way it had been packaged. I have photographs documenting the packaging and the condition of the shipment when it was opened. The photographs raise serious concerns about the packing method used. One box was placed on top of the other without additional protective packaging between them, and the custom speaker appears to have been wrapped in bubble wrap only partially. When I contacted the store about the damage, the manager's response was that because I had not purchased additional insurance, the $227 reimbursement was all I would receive. I understand that additional coverage was available, but I paid for professional packing because I expected my belongings to be packaged appropriately for shipment. I never imagined that I would pay for a professional packing service only to have my belongings damaged and then be told that nothing more could be done. What disappointed me most was the response to the situation. I expected the store to take my concerns seriously and investigate whether the packaging was adequate. My experience has left me questioning the quality of the packing service and the level of customer service provided when something goes wrong. I would encourage anyone shipping valuable belongings to ask detailed questions about the packing method, declared value, and coverage limitations before handing over their property. I would not use this location again based on my experience.

  My UPS driver is always so kind and helpful! I live on the second floor, and several times I’ve had very large and heavy deliveries, including an electric piano and a bed frame. He has always gone the extra mile to help bring them upstairs for me. I really appreciate his hard work and kindness. It means a lot, especially with such heavy packages. Thank you so much for the excellent service!!!

  A young kid was working there on a Saturday, wish I would have caught his name. He went above and beyond to help me. Couldn't have asked for better help. He just knew what to do and got it done for me
