I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Staples. When I arrived, I told an employee that I wanted to print a photo. I was first told that it would take about 15 minutes, but then I was directed to use the self-service printers instead and told to simply follow the steps. After trying to figure it out on my own, I couldn’t find any option to print a photo, so I asked for help again. That’s when I was told I would, in fact, have to wait 15 minutes for an associate to print it. The instructions I received were confusing and contradictory. If I needed to wait for an associate from the start, I wish I had been told that clearly instead of being sent to the self-service printers. Better communication would have saved time and made for a much better customer experience.

I needed some photos printed and sent them via email. I went the next day to pick up and turns out I never sent the email—oops! The print team employees worked hard despite the other customers and orders (they looked super busy!) and printed my photos in 30 minutes. All were super nice and helpful.

What a turnaround at this store! The staff was SOOOO friendly and informative. We were actually greeted by three different employees and the manager (assuming the manager) was very nice. Super impressed!
