- ABArnold BerryApr 13, 20265.0It's Jackson, it's hard to find enough staff to even keep the lights on. They do the best they can, but sometimes there's a bit of a wait. If you can prep your label online, it really speeds things up. It's a good FedEx office, with a bunch of really cool people running the place. Just understand that there might be a wait if there's a line.

More so I'm sick of being asked what I'm shipping on a daily basis. I don't ship anything hazardous or fragile. Would be nice to actually have some Jackson locals working vs people being shipped up from Utah that don't understand our community. My 0.02

I originally went to staples and it was so expensive and an additional $60 for it to be printed in an hour and a half. I called Fedex and William saved me $100 for the exact same quality and got them printed in 15 minutes while I waited. Highly recommend anyone calls Fedex before anywhere else for your printing needs! Also, not only did I save money and time, the customer service here is superb!
