  I had a very disappointing experience at this post office trying to get my package. I came in right when they opened because the tracking number showed that it was being held there and was going to be returned to the sender. When I explained that to the woman working, she immediately cut me off and told me I would have to come back later because they hadn’t finished checking everything in. I tried again to explain that the tracking information showed my package was already there and that I was concerned about it being sent back, but she continued to be dismissive rather than listening to what I was trying to explain. She eventually asked for my name, but throughout the interaction she repeatedly commented that she didn’t know me. The way she spoke to me made me feel as though I had done something wrong simply for coming in. Thankfully, she did find my package. What really concerned me, though, was that despite repeatedly commenting that she didn’t know who I was, she never once asked to see my ID. I simply gave her my name and was handed the package. I would have gladly shown identification and actually would have felt much more comfortable knowing that packages were only being given to verified recipients. Having worked in customer-facing positions myself, I know how important it is to treat people with kindness and respect. You never know what someone may be dealing with outside of the interaction you have with them, and a little kindness can make a huge difference. There is simply no reason to treat someone asking for help with such a rude and condescending attitude.

  Packages get returned. Not put in parcel lockers. 1 of the clerks is horrible

  This Post Office provides incredible service. Friendly and knowledgeable associates. It's not fair to blame them for the misunderstandings or shortcomings of the entire service as a whole, and many do not understand some of the intricacies involved or shortcomings of the shippers themselves. This Post Office rocks!

  The US Postal Service as a whole is completely useless, nothing arrives on time, things are lost and most of the employees are very rude. At this particular post office I had a package delivered with nothing in it. It was plain to see the bag was cut open and nothing was in it most likely stolen and a empty bag was delivered. Completely inexcusable.
