Why have a phone number that only leads to frustration. If you are not going to actually have a phone line that has actual agents, please just have an email address and do not just frustrate people with your useless automated menu. Thank you.

It says it’s delivered but it’s not and then when you try to dig deeper to see why you can do about the issue, it just says to ask neighbors or wait 1-2 business days. You also can’t even call to ask what’s going on because it’s just AI and then AI don’t even help, they just send you a link to talk to a different AI person that also doesn’t help.

The lady told me for drop off to just leave the package on the counter- so stupidly I did. Well 4 days later no scan in- still said awaiting package, then at 6 days I started really getting concerned so I went in. The guy told me it probably just didn’t get scanned in and should be delivered within a few more days. Now 9 days later there’s nothing, no scan, no sign of the package, now I’m dealing with claims but apparently it’s only covered up to $100. Now I’m out the sale money and $400 for the item itself. Absolutely crazy, now I’ve spent multiple hours in here; on the phone, dealing with an angry customer thinking I ripped them off and will probably receive a bad review now as well. Terrible service, terrible handling, terrible everything, I’ve never had a package just up and disappear. Now I have to file a police report and make them pull footage as proof that I dropped off the package as well. Avoid this place by all means if possible, and if you have to use this place make sure you wait 45 minutes in line and get a receipt and initial scan in while you’re present.
