I have nothing but good to say about the people who have worked there all these years I have used our post office. They have been very helpful and curtious.
- LOLori OsmanFeb 29, 20241.0I hate to give the post office a bad review, but there's one person that's currently working in there that has horrible customer service. I've dropped off mail in there for the last five years, but she said she didn't think she could accept the quantity of mail I was dropping off. Then, she takes the container of mail I handed her, and said, "can I go through it?" I wanted to say no, because all I was doing was dropping it off. She proceeded to go through it, and pull out the larger envelopes that had the tabs on them. She said she couldn't accept them that way, and I needed to take the tabs off. She went to hand the envelopes (20) back to me with a tool to pull them off. I didn't have time to stand there and pull them all off. I did take them to the Forest Street Post Office, and they said there wasn't a problem with them. I told her today I wouldn't be coming back in there, and she said, "that's sad." She also said, "you seemed angry when you left last time." I just wanted to drop off some mail, so I don't understand how difficult that could be. I've had several poor experiences with this particular clerk, but I hope she's not like this to the other customers.
