Don't let them tell you it wasn't their decision, decisions are made by local station managers. Maybe they don't need customers? Update: Not only this, they closed my PO Box without notice when I paid thru July 15, 2026. No notice, just key doesn't work when I go in. Line out the door as usual, called 10+ times, hangs up on me after so many rings, call the 800 number and they are clueless. This is the worst run agency next to the IRS.
- TGT. G.Apr 17, 20261.0Would give negative stars if possible. The old mail carrier would leave packages on my porch if they dodnt fit in the parcel locker. The new mail carrier was leaving our packages out by the road. I called and talked to Beth and after an argument about "regulations" (regulations that DO NOT EXIST!) the agreement was that if the package couldn't go in a parcel locker it would be held at the post office. Now they are being petty and won't even try to deliver our packages at all with empty parcel lockers and when we go to pick them up they don't have them there either.
