She's disabled and Cheyenne no longer has a real bus system and Lyft/Uber are expensive. She NEEDS an ADA law approved alternative in these situations! There should be a way to get ahold of SOMEONE for purposes of redelivery. So, unless you're looking for a class action ADA lawsuit, I strongly suggest you get your people to PICK UP the phone and help people who need help! Otherwise, we're coming for you! This is unacceptable.
