I said thank you when I left and she sarcastically said, "Oh yaah." Geez. Went in there to mail a letter. Didn't expect to have to fight a war. I'm sorry you've had some miserable experiences, Joan. We all have. I hope you become strong enough someday to stop walking around with a big chip on your shoulder.

I have never seen more than one and the customer line is usually wrapped around and throughout the facility. Absolutely insane ideology thinking this is acceptable. Whatever manager continues to allow this, needs to be replaced with someone who will schedule more employees or advocate for more help.

- HHHayleyMar 9, 20262.0I'm giving the set up this.. go often for packages and should just have someone doing packages between certain hours would help the 45 mins wait..i will say today there was a new latina woman helping a gentleman in the military find a package.. very pleasurable woman and was nice to see someone doing what they could for our military guys
