- AAaf13ndSep 9, 20265.0I went to a FedEx Office Store in Cheyenne to ship a package because I had FedEx Home label. I needed help with packing and staff at FedEx said they couldn’t help me. Very disappointing. So I went to this UPS Store and they were more than willing to help me. And they did. So refreshing to see people and a company willing to help. Huge thumbs up to Dave and his staff!!

- MEMicky EvansJul 24, 20261.0We had a medicine delivery that needed to be signed for that the delivery driver made impossible for us to receive. He does not ring the doorbell or knock when delivering on any of the multiple attempts made, nor does he accept the signed sheets for if delivery is missed. Customer service as well as all other stores just kept passing me off to other places saying they couldn’t do anything about it now or in the future. The only solution they offered was to pay extra (about double) to do a pick up instead of delivery. This was never an issue when we had our own center in Laramie but since they closed it and now work out of Cheyenne, I have not had a single delivery without problems. Especially if it’s something vitally important like medicine, please do not use this company if they have to deliver out of Cheyenne, they are not dependable and they do not follow their own protocols.
