Never have a pleasant greeting and always acts as if I am inconvenience them. The attitude from the other side is unreal. No wonder everyone bad mouths the post office.

They bent my daughter's college diploma which I had to pay $50 to get reprinted and they saw nothing wrong with folding a hard cardboard manila envelope.
- CBChantel B.Jul 20, 20231.0I have never in my life has so much issues with a post office. I don't even care if some of the ladies there are sweet. That doesn't make up for the laziness of the deliverys. First off I ordered ducks and the day they happened to come I was at work in Cheyenne from early morning to late evening. Usually they are shipped to Cheyenne but this time it was burns office. No big deal I thought. I would just have to scramble and figure out how I would get off early or maybe pick them up in the morning. Well after one missed call, I answered the second one and the lady threatened me to pick up the ducks today by their ridiculous closing time or they were giving them away. I told her I was at work and if I can have someone pick them up. She didn't care and again said she already let staff know to keep ducks for themselves or give them away if I didn't show up. I didn't even know that was legal as I paid for them. Then I ordered a package from Amazon and it somehow ended being delivered by burns post office and they refused to deliver it because mailbox was full. I figured ok that makes sense. Get home and all that was in box was a tiny newspaper and 2 envelopes. Plenty of room for mail. Usually they bring it and leave on my porch but nope they refused. In the end burns post office has proven to not be a customer friendly pmdelivery service.
- TMT MSep 22, 20195.0Now that Matthew Hinkle, the former Postmaster, has retired... the Post Office has been AMAZING. I personally couldn't be happier he is not longer in charge. The ladies there are super sweet and take care of every question and need that I have! There is no returned mail, no lost mail and no problems with my mail since he has been gone. Very happy!
