I understand it is contracted but just yesterday my power bill was past due because of not receiving the bill in the mail. This is one of several instances that it has been lost or misplaced or not delivered at all. Signature mail is put in box without confirmation. If this results in our local post office closing due to electronic payments it is because of this behavior and distrust.
