He Should be fired for all the money wasted on lost packages all my neighbors says the same thing !! Packages are never in the mailbox and theres never a left key for where the packages belong !!!

When I got there they told me the woman had gone to lunch and they were booked the rest of the day and couldn't do anything to help me. I was only a couple minutes late due to traffic and I had to leave town the next day. I am currently in an area that I dont have access to apply for my passport and I will be here for the next 4 months. I truly believe they did this out of spite because I was a couple minutes behind. I even called to say I was running a little bit late. This was on Sat, May 13 at 12:15. I dont know why when I called they didnt just tell me not to come anymore. Everything that happens in God forsaken Wheeling is a disappointment. Very poor customer service and professionalism. The man I spoke to on the phone when I made the appointment was very polite. He also took my info and phone number. Which says to me that if my appointment was to be canceled, I could have been notified. Thats the point of taking someone's number right?
